Alameda Friendly Visitors and Recipients
The Alameda Friendly Visitors program has volunteers and recipients from all walks of life. Our volunteers not only visit their partners at home, but also take them shopping, on fun excursions, and to the luncheons AFV sponsors for group camaraderie. Many of our recipients are especially happy when visits include children and well-behaved pets.
You too could be a volunteer and make a difference in a homebound person’s life.
