This past Fall, Subaru of America and Livermore Subaru selected Alameda Meals on Wheels along with several other local charities as a participant in their “Share the Love” program. During the program period from mid-November until the end of December 2025, each customer who bought a new car from Livermore could select one of these charities. Livermore Subaru then made a donation on the customer’s behalf to that designated charity.
In mid-February, AMOW was surprised and delighted to receive a check for over $28,000! That’s enough to provide over 2,500 of the more than 50,000 meals we deliver each year.

Volunteer
You can help AMOW and its recipients by delivering meals. Volunteers are needed for both weekdays and weekends, and meals are delivered in the morning.
Contribute
AMOW receives no government funding and depends solely on donations from private citizens, businesses, service clubs, and organizations.
