Get your jogging shoes on and join in on the Alameda Hospital Spring run, a fundraising benefit for the Alameda Hospital Foundation.  AHF funds support capitol improvements to Alameda Hospital and in-service training for hospital staff.  There are 10K and 5K runs for adults as well as a Kids Run and a party afterwards.
